You may return your order only if damaged and if what was sent was incorrect to what you had ordered (i.e. product size sent was different to the size you ordered). All returns must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible. All returns must be approved first by email and you need to specify the reason for the return and the invoice number. If the item was an incorrect purchase, you will be charged for postage for the returned item.

Returns must be new, unworn, and unwashed. We do not refund postage costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.

THE COLLIFLOWERS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and the shipping destination and the shipping service you select. Your shipping charge includes all packing and handling fees and any applicable domestic taxes - it does not include any customs or import taxes that may be incurred at the destination.
